Privacy Policy

ANV IMPORT EXPORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY respects your privacy. This policy explains how we process personal data when you browse anvjsc.com, submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or communicate with us. Last updated: 16 July 2026.

Data we collect

The RFQ form collects the fields shown on the form: full name, company name, email address, country, optional phone/WhatsApp number, destination port or delivery location, product category, product or SKU of interest, packaging format, target volume, Incoterms, required certificates or documents, target market, preferred contact language, additional requirements, and your consent to process the enquiry. The form does not request a business address or accept file uploads. Specifications, artwork, or other attachments are sent separately by email and become part of the relevant correspondence.

For website operation and security, our systems and service providers may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, referring page, and anti-spam or security indicators.

If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) processes pseudonymous browser/device identifiers, device and browser characteristics, page and interaction events, traffic source, and approximate location derived from technical connection data. We do not send RFQ field values, enquiry text, contact details, or separately emailed attachments to GA4. See Google's information about safeguarding Analytics data.

Purposes and legal bases

  • To receive, assess, and respond to RFQs; prepare quotations; and take steps requested before a contract.
  • To manage B2B correspondence, contracts, export documentation, fraud prevention, and website security on the basis of contractual necessity, legal obligations, and our legitimate business interests, as applicable.
  • To measure and improve website performance through GA4 only after your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Please do not include sensitive personal data in an RFQ or attachment unless it is strictly necessary and we have requested it. We do not use this website data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Formspree and other recipients

The RFQ form posts directly over HTTPS to Formspree, which processes the submission for delivery to ANV IMPEX JSC and may process delivery and security metadata such as IP address, timestamp, user-agent data, and spam indicators. Formspree acts as a service provider or processor for this function. Submitted data can be processed in the United States and other countries in which Formspree or its service providers operate. Access is limited to authorized ANV personnel and service providers who need the data for their duties. Where necessary for your requested project, we may share relevant details with production facilities, laboratories, certification or documentation providers, logistics carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partners selected for the specific product, facility, and destination country. We share only what is needed for feasibility, quotation, documentation, contracting, or shipment. Google processes analytics data only when analytics consent is active. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers and safeguards

Because we operate from Vietnam and use international providers and destination-specific partners, personal data may be processed outside your country, including in Vietnam, the United States, and countries connected with the requested supply route. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism and require recipients to protect the data for the stated purposes. You may contact us for further information about safeguards relevant to your data.

Retention

Unsuccessful or non-contractual enquiries and related correspondence are retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a shorter period is required by law or you validly request earlier deletion. This period also applies to operational copies in ANV mailboxes and Formspree submission workflows under our control. Provider security logs and backups may remain for limited periods under their cycles or legal duties and are not used for new purposes. If an enquiry leads to a contract, transaction, dispute, or legal obligation, contract, accounting, customs, compliance, and related records are retained for the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The necessary consent record in your browser expires after 12 months. GA4 first-party browser cookies are configured for a maximum of 12 months. ANV policy requires the GA4 server-side retention setting for user-level and event-level data to be limited to 14 months; aggregated reports may remain longer where they no longer identify or link back to a browser identifier.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions, including mandatory record retention. To make a request, email sales@anvjsc.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
