Our Controlled Manufacturing Model
We are not a simple trading desk. ANV operates as a project-control partner. We place our QA coordinators directly in the processing facilities during production runs to monitor raw material selection, processing parameters, in-line quality controls, and packaging consistency. This supports alignment between shipped containers, approved specifications, and import regulations.

Production Control Workflow
- Supplier Review: Factories are reviewed by ANV for HACCP, ISO, and social documentation where applicable.
- Sampling & Specs: Laboratory analysis and pre-shipment samples are submitted for buyer approval where included in the agreed product and testing plan.
- Production Monitoring: Raw material selection and drying/freezing parameters are checked by ANV inspectors.
- Document Verification: Applicable lot-specific COA, phytosanitary certificates, and origin documentation (including EUR.1 for qualifying origin) are gathered according to the selected product, facility, destination, and contract.
- Shipment: Inspected container sealing and transport logistics are executed from Cat Lai port.
