Production Control Workflow
- Supplier Audit: Factories are audited by ANV for HACCP, ISO, and social standards compliance.
- Sampling & Specs: Laboratory analysis and pre-shipment samples are submitted for buyer approval.
- Production Monitoring: Raw material selection and drying/freezing parameters are checked by ANV inspectors.
- Document Verification: Lot-specific COA, phytosanitary certificates, and origin documentation (EUR.1) are gathered.
- Shipment: Inspected container sealing and transport logistics are executed from Cat Lai port.
