Technical Specification Checklist for Buyers

When preparing a Request for Quotation (RFQ), we recommend including the following parameters to ensure an accurate quote:

1. Product Parameters: Target moisture percentage, water activity (aw), cut size, sugar levels, and additive tolerances.
2. Packaging: Retail pouches (stand-up, zipper, aluminum), foodservice bags (1kg, 2kg), or bulk packaging (aseptic bags in drums, multi-layer cartons).
3. Logistics Terms: Nominated shipping line, container temperature requirements, shipping port (FOB Cat Lai/Haiphong), and destination seaport.
