Who handles customs clearance?

Can buyers still use FOB or CIF?

Yes. FOB Vietnam and CIF EU port terms remain available; DDP is an additional option for buyers who prefer delivery to their own warehouse.

What documents are needed?

Typical documents include the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and product-specific certificates. The exact set depends on the product and destination and is confirmed per order.
