Ready to source from Vietnam?

Tell us the product, volume, packaging and destination. We will confirm what we can supply, which documents come with it and how we get to a quotation.

Request a quote

What we need to know to prepare your quotation

We quote each export project by product, packaging, order volume and destination market. The clearer your request, the sooner our export team can line up the right factory documents, samples and shipping terms before pricing.

Product

Tell us the category, SKU, cut size, ingredient base, recipe target or private-label idea. We then confirm the production line and raw material for it.

Packaging and volume

Say whether you need retail, foodservice, bulk or OEM packaging, and roughly how much: cartons, kilograms, pallets or containers. MOQ and lead time depend on both.

Documents for your market

Name the destination country and port, and the certificates or onboarding documents you need, as early as you can. Whether HACCP, ISO, Halal, Kosher, COA, health or phytosanitary documents are available depends on the product and the factory.

Shipping terms

We look at FOB Cat Lai, CIF, CFR and CIP for the route you ask for. Mixed orders, samples and artwork files come next, once we know the project is feasible.

With these points in hand, we can send you a more accurate quotation, a realistic sampling timeline, an artwork checklist and a document package that fits your destination market.
