RFQ checklist — what to include in a document request
To help us match the right specification sheet, certificate scope and sample route, please include the following when you request documents or a quotation:
- Product and format: category, SKU, cut size, ingredient base or recipe target.
- Packaging: retail, foodservice, bulk or OEM, with expected cartons, kilograms, pallets or container volume.
- Destination market: country and port, so certificates and labelling can be matched to requirements.
- Documents needed: company profile, product catalogue, specification sheet, COA, HACCP/ISO/BRCGS or Halal/Kosher where applicable to the product and facility scope.
- Incoterms: FOB Cat Lai, CIF, CFR or CIP, or DDP for EU buyers where available.

Company profile, product catalogues and product specification sheets can be sent by email; availability and timing are confirmed after review. Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA), phytosanitary, health and origin documents and facility audit certificates are shared where they match the approved product, facility and destination scope, and are confirmed per order and final specification.
